                           ACCOUNTING REFERENCE DATES

ImmuPharma Plc expects to announce its results to 31 March 2006 on 1st August
2006. The Schedule 1 announcement filed on 24 January 2006 showed the
anticipated accounting reference date as being 31 December. This remains the
case and ImmuPharma Plc proposes to prepare its next accounts for the nine month
period to 31 December 2006.
