Issue of Equity
ImmuPharma Plc ('ImmuPharma' or 'the Company') announces that options to
subscribe for 288,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the
Company have been exercised by former Directors and the new ordinary shares have
now been allotted to them.
Following the above allotment the Company now has 72,776,149 ordinary shares of
10p each in issue.
Application has been made for the admission of 288,000 ordinary shares to
trading on AIM. The shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares
and it is expected that admission will occur on 11 January 2007.
