Impax Asset Management Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has received notification of the following transactions in ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them.

Charlie Ridge, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has transferred 80,000 Ordinary Shares to his wife Carol Ridge.  Carol Ridge has sold 80,000 Ordinary Shares and purchased 80,000 Ordinary Shares into her ISA. In addition, Charlie Ridge has sold 20,000 Ordinary Shares and purchased 20,000 ordinary Shares into his ISA.
