The Company has today received notification from ISIS Asset Management plc that,
following a purchase on 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 18 May 2004,
its client Active Capital Trust plc is interested in 5,485,979 Ordinary Shares
in the Company, representing 14.88 per cent. of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
ISIS Asset Management plc and Friends Provident Life Office are also imnterested
in the same shares. The registered holder is Chase Nominees Limited.
