conversion of the Company's 5.5 per cent. Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2009
to ordinary shares of 1 pence each, which were admitted to trading on AIM on 7
August 2006, AXA Investment Managers UK Limited, on behalf of AXA S.A. and its
Group Companies, no longer holds a notifiable interest in the share capital of
the Company.
