conversion of the Company's 5.5 per cent. Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2009
to ordinary shares of 1 pence each, which were admitted to trading on AIM on 7
August 2006, Cazenove Capital Management no longer holds a notifiable interest
in the share capital of the Company.
