Block Listing of Shares

The Company announces  that an application  has been made  to the  UK
Listing Authority  and to  the London  Stock Exchange  for the  block
listing of 4,995,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company.

The Company may issue any or all  of these shares for cash from  time
to time  subject to  guidelines produced  by the  Board and  provided
always that  no such  issue will  be made  at prices  below the  then
prevailing net asset value per share.
