Reminder of subscription rights - final subscription date A circular has been posted to the holders of the Company's outstanding Warrants in which they are reminded that they have the right, subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions on which the Warrants were issued, to exercise on 15 June 2010 all or any of the subscription rights conferred by their Warrants.  This is the final subscription date on which these rights can be exercised.  Each warrant entitles the registered holder to subscribe, on 15 June 2010, for one Ordinary Share in the Company at the price of 96 pence (the "Warrant Exercise Price") payable in full in cash on subscription. The price of Ordinary Shares as at close of business on 10 May 2010 was 119.3 pence per Ordinary Share, which was 23.3 pence in excess of the Warrant Exercise Price.
