following the conversion of its 'C' shares into ordinary shares and
the increase in its ordinary share capital to 302,746,052 shares,
Universities Superannuation Scheme Ltd now hold 29,569,832 ordinary
shares, a notifiable interest of 9.77% of the total voting rights in
IEM.
