Issue of Ordinary Shares

On 31 March 2020 Impax Environmental Markets plc (the "Company") issued from its blocklisting facility 500,000 at a price of 261.00 pence per share.

As a result of this issuance, the total number of Ordinary shares in issue is 228,719,355 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 228,719,355.There are no shares held in treasury.

This figure (228,719,355) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. For the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules the Company's Home Member State is the United Kingdom.
