Issue of Ordinary Shares and Total Voting Rights

On 2 April 2020, Impax Environmental Markets plc (the "Company") issued from its block listing authority 250,000 shares at a price of 247.00 pence per share.

As a result of this issuance, the total number of Ordinary shares in issue is 228,969,355 and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 228,969,355.There are no shares held in treasury.

This figure (228,969,355) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
