business on 26 March 2008 its undiluted net asset value ("NAV") per
ordinary share was 120.15p. The diluted NAV per ordinary share
(assuming full conversion of all outstanding warrants) was 118.67p.
Investments in the Company's portfolio have been valued on a bid
price basis. Current financial year revenue items have been
excluded.
