Impax Environmental Markets plc announces that as at the close of
business on 06 February 2008 its undiluted net asset value ("NAV")
per ordinary share was 115.42p. The diluted NAV per ordinary share
(assuming full conversion of all outstanding warrants) was 114.23p.
Investments in the Company's portfolio have been valued on a bid
price basis. Current financial year revenue items have been
excluded.
