Impax Environmental Markets plc (the "Company") announces that all of the resolutions put forward at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today were passed on a show of hands.

At the time of the above meeting, the Company's issued share capital was 324,509,373 ordinary shares.  The Company was holding 35,693,303 of these shares in Treasury.  Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company was 288,816,070.
