TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that as at 31 December 2018, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 225,737,355 ordinary shares, including 45,448,109 shares held in treasury. Each ordinary share entitles the holder to one vote. Shares held in treasury do not carry voting rights.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company was 180,289,246. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
