Impax Environmental Markets plc announces that on 5 December 2014 it purchased 150,000 of its own ordinary shares in the market at an average price of 150p per share. These shares will be cancelled. 

Following this share re-purchase, the Company's issued share capital will be 265,765,373 ordinary shares.  The Company will be holding 45,698,109 of these shares in Treasury.  Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company will be 220,067,264.
