Impellam was informed that on 16 May 2008, Richard Bradford, Group Chief Operating Officer of Impellam, exercised 157,576 options over ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') and subsequently disposed of 27,845 Ordinary Shares at a price of 93.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following these transactions Mr Bradford has 134,031 Ordinary Shares equalling 0.3 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
