Impellam has been notified that on 4 November 2008 Cheryl Jones, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 175,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 26 pence per share.

Following this acquisition, Cheryl Jones is interested in 300,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.67 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
