Board Change - Appointment of Non Executive Director

Impellam Group plc, a leading provider of staffing solutions and support services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Cheryl Jones as a Non Executive Director with effect from 14 August 2008.  

Cheryl Jones, 49, is a US resident. She served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of OneSource Holdings Inc. from 2003 to 2007 and as Chief Executive Officer of OneSource Services Inc. from 2006 to 2007.  Prior to her appointment as Chairman and CEO in 2003, she was Executive Vice-President for the company which she joined in 2001.  She has also been a director of BB Holdings Limited since 2003.

Cheryl will have specific responsibility in advising the Board on the US market place and strategy.
