BOARD CHANGES

Impellam Group plc ("Impellam" or the "Company") - London AIM: IPEL; 24 January 2013)

Impellam Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Lincoln Jopp MC as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Mr Jopp, aged 44, joins the board having previously served 26 years in the British Army and having been awarded the Military Cross. Throughout his career, Mr Jopp has served in a wide variety of leadership and advisory based roles, including Commanding Officer of the 1^st Battalion Scots Guards, Strategic Planner for the Ministry of Defence and Assistant Head of the Ministry of Defence's Strategy Unit. He is also currently a non-executive director of Thames Ditton Sports and Squash Club Limited.

Andrew Wilson, Chairman, commented: "I am delighted to welcome Mr Jopp to the Board.  He brings a wealth of experience in policy, strategy and operations having operated in key positions alongside international partners across the globe."
