Directorate Change

The Company has been notified by Derek O'Neill, Non-Executive Director, of his intention to step down from the Board of Impellam with immediate effect.  Derek was appointed to the Board on the acquisition of Lorien Limited and, following its successful integration into the Group, he now wishes to pursue other opportunities.

The Board wishes to thank Derek for his contribution to the Company over the past three years.
