Posting of Dividend Circular and Notice of General Meeting

Further to the Company's announcement made on 27 October 2015 regarding the proposed payment of a share dividend in Normandy Limited (the "Share Dividend"), Impellam announces that an explanatory circular is today being posted to its shareholders containing details of the Share Dividend, along with an accompanying form of election ("Normandy Placing Form") and the notice of General Meeting. These documents are available to view on the Company's website at www.impellam.com.

The General meeting is to be held at the offices of Cenkos Securities plc, 6. 7. 8 Tokenhouse Yard, London, EC2R 7AS at 9.00 a.m. on 16 November 2015.

Important information for Shareholders

Shareholders, who wish to participate in the Normandy Share Placing, are reminded to complete the Normandy Placing Form and return a signed copy of the Normandy Placing Form so as to be received by 1.00 p.m. on 13 November 2015, or they will have no right to participate in the Normandy Share Placing. Shareholders do not otherwise need to take any action to receive Normandy Shares pursuant to the Share Dividend.

If Shareholders do not complete the Normandy Placing Form in accordance with the instructions set out within it, in particular  the requirement to execute the Normandy Placing Form in the presence of an independent witness (being a person  who is not directly related to you), no arrangements will be made on their behalf for the placing of their Normandy  Shares under the Normandy Share Placing and as such they will not receive cash as a result of the sale of Normandy Shares in the Normandy Share Placing.

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms shall have the same meaning as in the Circular.
