REPAYMENT OF 10% LOAN NOTES

Impellam Group plc (the "Company"), on behalf of its wholly owned subsidiary The Corporate Services Group Limited, announces today that on 3^rd May 2011 the Company has repaid, in full, the final obligations under the £20.0 million 10% Secured Loan.  The repayment is in line with the Company's previously announced defined strategic initiatives, and thereafter the Company has no long-term debt outstanding.
