Rule 2.9 Announcement
Impellam Group PLC, the largest staffing business in the UK and 8th largest MSP worldwide, announced on 12 April 2022 that it had entered into an offer period.
As announced earlier today, on 29 June 2022 Canaccord Genuity Limited, the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker, repurchased 1,200 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on behalf of the Company, pursuant to the Share Purchase Plan announced on 2 July 2021. The Ordinary Shares have been cancelled.
Following cancellation of the Ordinary Shares purchased, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM will be reduced to 45,123,014. This figure of 45,123,014 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
The Ordinary Shares are relevant securities of Impellam Group plc for the purposes of Rule 8 of The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code"). In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the Code, Impellam confirms that it has in issue 45,123,014 Ordinary Shares and admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange. The Company has no Ordinary Shares held in Treasury. The International Securities Identification Number for Impellam Ordinary Shares is GB00B8HWGJ55.
