Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights
Further to its announcement on 18 December 2017, the Company announces that it has made (through Cenkos Securities plc acting as its broker) the following purchase of its own ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company for cancellation in accordance with the Share Purchase Plan.

Following the above purchases and subsequent cancellation, the Company has 50,328,871 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure of 50,328,871 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
