Imperial Brands PLC (the Company) announces that it has today purchased for cancellation the following number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company:

Average price paid per share:	GBp 3,328.34
Highest price paid per share:	GBp 3,341.50
Lowest price paid per share:	GBp 3,311.50

All shares were purchased from Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited ("Credit Suisse") as an on exchange transaction subject to the rules of the London Stock Exchange.
