Imperial Brands PLC (the "Company") announces that it has today purchased for cancellation the following number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares"):

Total number of Shares purchased:	200,000
Average price paid per Share:	GBp 3,227.84
Highest price paid per Share:	GBp 3,248.00
Lowest price paid per Share:	GBp 3,210.50

All Shares were purchased from Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited ("Credit Suisse") as an on exchange transaction subject to the rules of the London Stock Exchange.
