Inchcape plc announces that Vicky Bindra has resigned as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Vicky joined the Board on 1 July 2011 however he has decided to step down following his appointment to a new executive role and relocation to San Francisco.
Inchcape plc also announces that Nigel Stein will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect and will join the Audit Committee upon appointment. Nigel is currently Chief Executive of GKN plc, a FTSE100 global engineering group whose operations include GKN Driveline, a leading manufacturer of automotive driveline components. Nigel was a Non-Executive Director at Wolseley plc from 2003 to 2011. He is a qualified chartered accountant.
