Inchcape plc, the international automotive retail group, intends to give a
strategy presentation to investors and analysts on 9 October 2006 (previously
reported as 10 October 2006).  The presentation will be held at Dresdner
Kleinwort, 30 Gresham Street, London EC2P 2XY.
