Inchcape plc (the "Company") announces that on 30 August 2013 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 95,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 584.0362 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 468,283,622 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
