Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 6 November  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 69,300 ordinary shares at an average price of 677.8135 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 451,275,551 ordinary shares in issue.
