Exercise of Warrants

India Capital Growth Fund Limited announces the allotment of 1,400 new ordinary shares of 1p each following the exercise of 1,400 warrants. These new shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 25 May 2010.

As a result of this exercise the total number of ordinary shares in issue now stands at 75,001,463 and the total number of warrants in issue stands at 14,998,537.
