Cancellation of warrants

Further to its announcement on 17 February 2011, the Company today announces that (i) the quotation of the outstanding warrants issued by the Company pursuant to the warrant instrument dated 16 December 2005 ("Warrants") on AIM will been cancelled with effect from close of business today; and (ii) no holders of the outstanding Warrants ("Warrantholders") exercised their subscription rights on or before the final subscription date of 25 May 2011.
