Change of Company Secretary and Administrator

The Board announces that, following approval from the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, the administration of the Company will be moved from Apex Fund Services (Guernsey) Limited to Apex Fund and Corporate Services (Guernsey) Limited, another company in the Apex Group, with effect from 5 August 2019.

Also with effect from 5 August 2019, Apex Fund and Corporate Services (Guernsey) Limited will act as designated administrator of the Company and also become company secretary. 

Change of Registered Office

Also with effect from 5 August 2019, the Registered Office of the Company will move to the offices of Apex Fund and Corporate Services (Guernsey) Limited at the address shown below:
