The Company has received notifications of the following share dealings by a Director:

·     On 12 September 2013, Mr Fred Carr, the Chairman of the Company, sold 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 30.10 pence per share. On the same date he also purchased 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 30.30 pence per share. Following these transactions, Mr Carr has a beneficial interest of 120,000 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 0.16% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital).
