India Capital Growth Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that certain directors of the Company and persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") of the investment manager exercised their Subscription Share Rights, and that, following the issue of ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), those Directors and PDMRS of the investment manager will hold the following interests in the Company:
