The Board of ICGF has been informed by India Investment Partners that two new 
appointments have been made at India Advisory Partners Pvt Ltd in Mumbai.

Aneesh Srivastava, 36, joins from BajajAllianz, where he has been head of Equity
Investments since April 2005. Aneesh was previously with Sahara India Financial
Corp. where he was Head of Equity Funds.

Sunder Subramoney, 38, joins from Aviva Life Insurance Co. India Pvt Ltd, where
he was Senior Analyst for the asset management company and in charge of equity
investments.  Sunder has previously worked in a number of firms as an equity
analyst.

India Advisory Partners Pvt Ltd is local advisor to India Investment Partners
Limited, the London based manager of the India Capital Growth Fund.
