Notice to Subscription Shareholders

As detailed in the Subscription Share Reminder Letter set out in the Company's announcement dated 1 July 2016, following the Subscription Date on 6 August 2016, any Subscription Share Rights attaching to Subscription Shares that have not been exercised, may not be exercised by Subscription Shareholders thereafter.

Accordingly the Company has applied for the cancellation of the Subscription Shares from admission to trading on AIM. The cancellation will be effective from 7.00 a.m. on 8 August 2016.
