Notice to Warrantholders
In accordance with the terms of the Instrument Constituting Warrants to Subscribe for Ordinary Shares dated 16 December 2005, a Notice is today being mailed to holders of warrants notifying them that the printed Annual Report and audited accounts of ICGF for the year ended 31 December 2010 will be posted to shareholders on 30 March 2011, and accordingly the 2011 Subscription Period for the exercise of warrants will run from 27 April 2011 to 25 May 2011.
This is the final subscription period and warrants not exercised in the 2011 Subscription Period and the rights attaching to them will lapse and may not be exercised thereafter. The warrants will also cease to be listed following the conclusion of the 2011 Subscription Period.
