Notice to Warrantholders

In accordance with the terms of the Instrument Constituting Warrants to Subscribe for Ordinary Shares dated 16 December 2005, a Notice is today being mailed to holders of warrants notifying them that the printed Annual Report and audited accounts of ICGF for the year ended 31 December 2009 will be posted to shareholders on 15 March 2010, and accordingly the 2010 Subscription Period for the exercise of warrants will run from 12 April 2010 to 11 May 2010.  Warrants not exercised in the 2010 Subscription Period will remain valid for exercise in the Subscription Period in 2011 on the same terms.  A copy of this Notice will be available on the Company's website www.indiacapitalgrowth.com.
