Results of general meeting - all resolutions passed

India Capital Growth Fund Limited (the "Company") announces the results of the General Meeting the details of which were set out in the circular to Shareholders published by the Company on 26 May 2020 (the "Circular").  E ach of the resolutions proposed in the Circular were duly passed on a poll as follows:

As a result, the proposals referred to in the Circular, including the introduction of the redemption facility and the reduction of the investment manager's fee from 1 July 2020, will now be implemented . The first date at which shareholders   will be able to request the redemption of some or all of their shares will be 31 December 2020, with a record date of 30 September 2020.  

Elisabeth Scott, Chairman of India Capital Growth Fund , said:
