NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/ PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), the Company announces that notification was received on 17 June 2015 that Frank Stier, a person discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company, acquired an interest in 6,400 ordinary shares of US0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at price of 229.42p per Ordinary Share on 17 June 2015.  The transaction took place in London.

As a result of the above, Frank Stier now has an interest in 15,616 Ordinary Shares.
