The Company announces that the following Directors acquired ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the Company ('Shares') at a price of £2.1249 per Share on 29 October 2015. The Shares were acquired through the reinvestment of the interim dividend under the Company's Dividend Re-investment Plan, paid by the Company on 23 October 2015 in respect of the half year ended 30 June 2015:
