The Company announces that the following Director acquired ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the Company ('Shares') at a price of £2.048 per Share on 3 November 2015. The Shares were acquired through the reinvestment of the interim dividend paid by the Company on 23 October 2015 in respect of the half year ended 30 June 2015:
