Indivior PLC announces that Yvonne Greenstreet, Non-Executive Director, has advised the Company that she will not seek re-election to the Board at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held in May 2019 and will step down from the Board at a date to be confirmed.

This announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11(2).
