Distribution agreement for Induction Zesty with System C

Induction (AIM: INHC), a leading digital health platform driving transformation of healthcare systems worldwide, announces that it has signed a non-exclusive Software Reseller Agreement ('the Agreement') with System C Healthcare Limited ('System C'), a supplier of health and social care information technology systems and services , for the Induction Zesty product in the UK.

Induction Zesty is a digital patient engagement portal that enables end-to-end healthcare management. The portal's interface provides a fully automated process for patients to manage their hospital appointments, view their letters and clinical records, as well as provide data remotely via digital questionnaires from a smartphone. 

System C specialises in providing health and social care solutions across whole care communities. Their product portfolio includes the CareFlow EPR, an electronic patient record system ('EPR'), which is currently used in 30 NHS Trusts across the UK. As part of the agreement, System C will now actively sell Induction Zesty into its new and existing customers using CareFlow EPR. The non-exclusive agreement covers an initial three-year term with automatic 12 month renewals thereafter.

NHS Trusts are looking for solutions which require minimum procurement but provide maximum impact. System C is able to link information from multiple systems to integrate workflows between care settings and support multi-provider reporting and analysis. As a result of this agreement, the procurement of Induction Zesty will be easy and more accessible for NHS Trusts already using CareFlow EPR and a proven, effective solution for new customers.

This comes at a time of significant national focus and spending on digital transformation for NHS secondary care providers in England, which is outlined in the NHS Long Term Plan¹. Digitisation, especially through EPRs, is even more important to help tackle the backlog of elective care appointments following COVID-19 and support NHS Trusts to meet the new Minimum Digital Foundations requirements. System C has committed to providing solutions to address all aspects of NHS Long Term Plan and with 500K unique users already, Induction Zesty is a secure solution to support the government-led drive for patient portals in all UK hospitals.
