Update on publication of Audited Final Results
Induction (AIM: INHC), a leading digital health platform driving transformation of healthcare systems worldwide, announces that its audited final results for the year ended 31 March 2022 will now be released on or before Monday 28 November 2022. This is as a result of staff shortages at the Company's auditor and following the unexpected bereavement of a family member of one of the Company's Board.
There is no change to the financial performance and, as previously reported on 22 September , results for FY22 are expected to be in-line with guidance.
Induction will announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2022 shortly after the publication of the 2022 audited results.
During November, the Board expect to issue a trading update on the six-month period to 30 September 2022.
