Block listing application 

The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing Authority for the admission to the Official List of a block listing of 6,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each. These ordinary shares, which rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be allotted to satisfy awards granted under the Company's Datamonitor Capital Appreciation Plan and Informa Long-Term Incentive Plan.

The Company further announces that no further allotments will take place in respect of the following block listings and confirms that each of the following schemes are closed and no exercises remain outstanding:
