Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of,
and to the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of 350,680 Ordinary Shares of
10p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, to
the Official List.

These shares will be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the
following schemes:

280,000 under the Informa Group plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme
27,680 under the LLP Group plc Employee Share Option Scheme

10,000 under the Taylor & Francis Group plc Discretionary Approved Share Option
Scheme

1,000 under the Taylor & Francis Group plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme

32,000 under the Taylor & Francis (Publishers) Inc Employee Stock Purchase Plan
