Award of shares to new Finance Director
Informa plc (the 'Company') announces that Adam Walker, Finance Director, was on
Friday 4th April 2008 awarded 93,269 existing ordinary shares in the Company by
the Company's employee benefit trust (the 'EBT') as part of his joining
arrangements with the Company. Full vesting of these shares to Mr Walker is
subject to conditions relating to his continued employment over a two year
period. The EBT will initially be the registered holder of these shares.
These shares have been awarded at an average price of 321.65 pence per share and
represent 0.027% of the Company's issued share capital. As a result of this
award the total number of shares in the Company in which Mr Walker has a
beneficial interest is 116,019.
